IWI's 12th Annual General Meeting

Agenda

1.        To receive apologies for absence.
2.        To approve minutes of the previous meeting.
3.        Matters arising.
4.        To note any item to be raised under item 8, any other business (see note A).
5.        To receive a report from the President.
6.        To receive a report from the Treasurer and if thought fit to approve the accounts for 2006 (see note B).
7.        To elect members of council who have been nominated by another member or who have offered themselves for election or re-election (see note C).
8.        Any other business.

Note A

The President reserves the right to refuse items, which have not been notified under item 3 of the agenda.

Note B

Complete accounts for 2006 will be circulated at the meeting. Any member may obtain a copy by request to the treasurer,

Forms for voting by proxy (as allowed by IWI’s constitution) can be obtained on request from IWI at the above address. This also applies to the other items of the agenda on which votes will be cast. If you wish to nominate either yourself or another (with that person’s consent) as a member of Council, send the nomination to the same address (preferably by e-mail to Mike Reid, who will reply by the same means). If new nominations to council have been received, the details will be enclosed with the proxy forms.
